How to Reset Your bocoran Password
Start by navigating to the bocoran login page on any browser (mobile or desktop). Below the email and password fields, you'll see a "Forgot password?" link. Click it, and you'll land on the password reset form. Enter the email address or phone number tied to your bocoran account. We'll verify that the account exists in our system, then send a reset link or one-time code to your email or SMS.
Check your email inbox or text messages for the reset message from bocoran. The reset link or code is valid for subject to verification. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, or wait subject to verification and request a new code—sometimes SMS delivery lags. Once you click the link or enter the code, you'll be taken to a new password form. Choose a strong password (at least 8 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols), confirm it, and submit. Your password updates immediately.

Security Verification During Reset
Password resets require identity verification to prevent unauthorized account access. When you request a reset, bocoran checks that the email or phone number matches your account record. We then send a verification code to that address. You must enter the code before creating a new password. This two-step process—ownership verification plus new password—keeps your account secure even if someone has guessed or stolen your old password.
If your bocoran account has two-factor authentication enabled, you may also see a prompt to verify a backup phone number or security question during reset. This adds an extra layer. Once you've reset your password and regained access, you can update your two-factor settings from your Account Security page if you want to change which phone number or email receives verification codes.

If You Can't Access Your Email or Phone
If the email address or phone number registered to your bocoran account is no longer accessible—you've changed phones, switched email providers, or lost access to your old number—password reset alone won't work. We'll ask for your name, date of birth, and a valid government ID (Indonesia KTP, passport, or driver's license). Once verified, we can update your registered email or phone, then issue a new password reset code to your new contact details.
Manual account recovery typically completes within 1 business day during regional business hours. Our support team communicates via live chat, email, and WhatsApp. If you have pending Liga 1 picks or funds in your account at the time of recovery, we hold them securely and inform you of their status once access is restored.
After Password Reset: Your Account Balance and Payments
Resetting your password does not affect your bocoran account balance, payment methods, or betting history. Your balance remains intact, and any pending Liga 1 picks continue as normal.
